Head of Operations

Tonic is recruiting for a Head of Operations. This is a new role at Tonic, created in response to the increasing size of our team and the growing scale and variety of our activities. The role is offered at either 4 or 5 days per week, depending on the successful candidate’s preference.

We are looking for an experienced and capable individual who is inspired by the positive change around equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) that Tonic is leading in the arts and cultural sector, and who wants to play an intrinsic role in further building on the success of our small but thriving charity.

Office Coordinator

Tonic is recruiting for an Office Coordinator. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work under their own initiative. The Office Coordinator will support our small and busy team across its broad range of projects, training, consultancy, and events as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the office. This role is four days per week and is undertaken from our London office.
