DESCRIPTION:Creating an equality action plan that works for you and what your organisation wants to achieve takes time. Over three online sessions\, we will take a deep dive into laying the foundations for this work\, look at the different ingredients you need to build a successful plan and support you to give your action plan the best chance for success.  There will also be dedicated time for an action plan surgery where you can share your plans in-progress to receive feedback from the brilliant cohort of Changemakers. \nThis series of workshops will give you the tools\, templates and building blocks to make your Equality Action Plan a dynamic document which celebrates success\, monitors progress\, and truly reports on everything you are achieving as Changemakers.
