My favourite thing about working at Tonic is being part of an organisation that is at the forefront of driving positive change around equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the arts and cultural sector. The opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that has a real impact on the sector, while being part of a supportive and dedicated team, is incredibly rewarding. I am inspired by the collaborative spirit at Tonic and the collective commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable environment in the arts.
