NEW for 2025: Preventing Sexual Harassment in your Organisation

Late in 2024, UK legislation was updated to place increased responsibilities onto employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. During this session we’ll lay out what your organisation should now be aware of and the action it should be undertaking. We’ll also create space for you, as your organisation’s changemaker, to consider the role you could play in this, and how you could utilise this change in the law to bolster your organisation’s wider engagement in EDI. During the day you’ll have the chance to experience Tonic’s Preventing Sexual Harassment training so that you can return to work feeling informed, confident and better equipped to make change.
