Recruiting: Trainer – 12-month fixed term contract

Tonic is recruiting for a Trainer who is passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion and is eager to support arts and cultural organisations in making meaningful change.

As a Trainer, you will deliver our range of training programmes across the UK, helping to inspire and equip organisations with the practical tools they need to progress from where they are now to where they want to be. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging varied audiences and facilitating impactful learning experiences. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to travel, and a commitment to fostering positive change.

This role is offered based on 3 days per week as a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
