What We Do

Consultancy and Change Management

From long-term residencies embedded within organisations to ‘light touch’ consultative support, and the creation of practical ‘toolkits’, Tonic provides a range of service that support organisations to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.


Tonic can facilitate staff workshops and provide training on a range of topics including unconscious bias, mindfulness of equality and diversity while recruiting, and planning and implementing internal change. We can tailor our facilitation work to the needs of individual organisations and are happy to receive requests for one-off workshops or a series of sessions.

Board Training

Buy in from Boards is crucial if change is to be achieved. Tonic provides bespoke training for Boards which informs, inspires, and empowers Trustees to confidently place equality and diversity at the heart of their governance.

Research Studies

Tonic conducts research on behalf of organisations, helping them to understand where imbalances exist within their work and why. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research we provide organisations with a clear sense of where pressure points lie while making achievable recommendations for change.
