Tonic creates bespoke packages of support for arts and culture organisations so they can make significant change around equality, diversity and inclusion. After spending time listening to what you want to achieve, we will formulate a package that features a blend of training, consultancy and facilitation tailored to your timeline, budget, size and type of organisation.

Working with us in this way over a period of weeks or months means you’ll have ongoing support and guidance from specialists who really get to know your organisation. We’ll be there throughout the journey with you, helping you to maintain momentum and ensure that progress is consistent.
