Managing Change

We understand that making systemic, sustainable change in organisations can be difficult. From internal to external factors and shifting environments, this session will take scenarios from arts organisations and give you the time and space to work through them. We’ll examine principles underpinning processes of change and explore strategies for effectively managing it. There will be opportunities to apply tools and techniques from the world of Organisational Change and consider how change management methodologies developed in business can be applied to the arts and to your own workplace.
