We devise and lead innovative and impactful change projects which get to the root of existing challenges and inequalities. Through our extensive training programme and one-to-one support for arts organisations, we are able to galvanise real change. The results of our work are felt across the UK and internationally.
Where we work
Tonic’s work takes place across the arts ecology. We exist to support anyone and everyone involved in the arts and are as comfortable working with a group of West End producers as we are a room of volunteers at a community arts space. Whether professional or amateur, not-for-profit or commercial, within the formal education system or outside of it, if you want to make change happen, we are here for you.
Originally founded in London, Tonic’s work now has a national and international reach. In the past 14 years we have worked with hundreds of organisations across 16 different countries. While we love being in a room with people, we also offer digital programmes, enabling us to connect with people anywhere in the world and to support organisations that work globally.
