About the Course

Performing arts training is a shared experience, and how students treat each other can have a huge impact on their resilience in such an intimate environment. This workshop invites students to consider their personal and shared responsibility in creating a ‘resilient space’ – one in which dancers feel safe and empowered to stretch themselves creatively. Participants will explore how they can support and facilitate each other in their collective development, creating unity and strength as a cohort.

This session can be delivered either as an introduction to the topic (1.5hrs – 2hrs) or a more in-depth exploration (3hrs)
