Emma has 10 years experience managing finances and projects of cultural organisations, mainly in the dance, circus and theatre sectors. She enjoys connecting with artists and creatives to help develop and amplify their ideas.

Topics she has explored throughout her work include financial strategy, participation and international outreach.

Organisations whose work she contributed to include the Institut Français of London, the French Embassy to the UK, Acrojou theatre company, Pineapple dance studios and the Vaults Theatre.

Emma was formerly an advisor to the Parapluie Flam, an organisation promoting bilingualism in the UK, on cultural matters, and was sitting on the board of Cultural Co-operation, a charity aiming to increase diversity in the arts and heritage workforce.
