About the Course

For design, stage management, and technical students, stepping into managerial roles on internal productions is an important part of their course. But learning how to manage others – especially peers – can, without support, feel overwhelming. In this session, we’ll work with students as they make this transition, providing clarity on what being a manager entails and sharing practical guidance on how to approach it. Tonic regularly delivers management training across the industry for technical and production Heads of Department and this is a version of this work specially adapted for students.
