About the Course

This workshop equips students with the knowledge and confidence to navigate professional environments safely and responsibly. Focusing on key issues including bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination, participants will develop a clearer understanding of unacceptable behaviour, workplace expectations, and the protections available to them within the industry. Through discussion, practical exercises, and industry-specific scenarios, students will explore reporting routes, duty of care, and strategies for advocating for themselves and others – helping to foster safer, more respectful, and inclusive creative working environments.
