With over 40 year’s experience in Executive positions in British theatres London Bubble, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Theatr Clwyd and New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich, Sarah is passionate about creating an industry that is inclusive, gives equal opportunity to all and celebrates diversity.

She believes British cultural organisations that truly imbed EDI in their ethos and daily actions will make better, exciting and more long lasting relevant work.

During time at New Wolsey Theatre, Sarah instigated Ramps on the Moon, a project to challenge ableism in our Industry.
