Perfect for staff drop-down days, these talks open up topics relevant to the Performing Arts Higher Education ecology, and offer space for staff to reflect and engage with fellow staff on a variety of themes.

Understanding Gen-Z and Building a Resilient Approach to Learning

Today’s performing arts students have grown up in a rapidly changing world, with a landscape of challenges and complexities that look very different to previous generations. This interactive lecture explores the context facing Gen-Z students, and offers practical ways drama school staff can cultivate resilience and create learning environments where young artists can thrive.
