Tigho has worked in the arts sector for over ten years and in the charity sector for over twenty years. She is currently the Head of HR and EDI at Rambert, a trustee for Inc Arts and CAWF and volunteers for Pregnant then Screwed on their advice line. Tigho is passionate about fighting inequality in the arts and strives as an individual to try and make a positive difference where she can.
