Tonic’s new office is at 198 Contemporary Arts & Learning in Brixton, London.

We’re now settled in our new home: Studio 101 at 198 Contemporary Arts & Learning. Going forward, this will be the main work space for the London-based members of our team, and is where those based outside London will come to grab a desk when visiting the capital.

198 CAL is a centre for visual arts, education and creative enterprise and has been an important part of Brixton’s community and history since its formation in the 1980’s. We are delighted to be housed within a building whose mission and values have so much synergy with our own. Having been based on the Southbank prior to the pandemic at the National Theatre, we’re really pleased too to be back in the borough of Lambeth.

While we’re delighted to have such a beautiful new home, we were sad to leave our friends at White Light who have kindly housed us on a temporary basis since mid-2021. Their generosity made a huge difference, especially as we emerged from the pandemic, and we can’t thank them enough for welcoming us in to their organisation so readily and enthusiastically.
