The Advance Network is a four year Tonic-led programme, supporting a range of leading dance, opera and theatre organisations from across England with their work on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Having switched to online delivery for the entirety of the third year of the programme, we were delighted to be back in the room in November for the start of Year 4. Moving forward, we’ll be adopting a hybrid approach, delivering a range of in-person and on-line sessions and events for the group. The pandemic gave us the shove we needed to explore online delivery of our work and we’ve discovered many positives about it. But it’s great to have the option to be in the room again too!

See this blog our Director Lucy Kerbel wrote on the first in-person Advance Network sessions post-pandemic.
