About the Course

This is a practical, reflective session designed to help students understand what resilience is and how it can support their personal and professional growth. The workshop explores the mindsets, habits, and strategies that enable individuals to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenge. Through guided activities and discussion, students will gain insight into their own strengths and stress responses while developing tools they can apply to build long-term wellbeing and career sustainability.
