A staff Working Group can be a great tool for engaging your colleagues in your inclusion work, sharing the load, and ensuring a range of voices feed into your plans. However, if not handled effectively, there is also a risk they can generate more, not less, work for you, can suffer from a lack of direction, and lead to internal dissatisfaction.
