As marketing technologies have advanced over the years, she’s implemented new tools within the business, i.e. Marketing CRM software & app creation. Fanny’s expertise spans multiple marketing disciplines along the customer journey. She has experience of delivering end-to-end, high performing integrated campaigns – from lead generation, through to advocacy.
