About the Course

Our Unconscious Bias – for Casts and Companies training is aimed at those who are new to the topic or who are keen to refresh/increase their knowledge, and is tailored specifically to the cast and company of shows. The training provides participants with a clear understanding of what unconscious bias is, the impact it can have on how we make choices and interact with one another, and the role it can play in negatively impacting the overall working environment on a show. 

Participants will explore how unconscious bias can begin to be addressed, including tools and actionable ‘takeaways’ so they can start taking steps to drive positive change immediately.
