About the Course

Our Unconscious Bias in Recruitment training is aimed at those who play any role in recruitment, whether that’s writing job descriptions, reviewing applications, or conducting interviews. The training provides participants with a clear understanding of what unconscious bias is, the impact it can have on recruitment, and the role it can play in negatively impacting the diversity of an organisation’s workforce and output.

Participants will explore how unconscious bias can begin to be addressed in a recruitment process, including tools and actionable ‘takeaways’ so they can start taking steps to drive positive change immediately.
