About the Course

How can Front of House teams cultivate an inclusive and resilient workplace? This workshop offers a space to reflect on team dynamics, explore allyship in action, and strengthen working cultures.

Participants will engage with up-to-date legislation on harassment & sexual harassment in the workplace, examine the impact of microaggressions, and practice tools for effective allyship. The session is designed to help teams navigate sensitive situations with confidence, support each other in meaningful ways, and contribute to a safer, more inclusive work environment.

Expect thought-provoking discussions, hands-on activities, and practical takeaways to apply directly to the Front of House role.
