Training courses

About our training

Tonic offers a wide range of training courses, all of which are created specifically for people who work in the arts and are tailored to the nuance of creative environments.

We train people who work at all levels and in all areas of the arts: we’ve trained groups of museum curators, front of house teams, film producers, opera artists, theatre administrators, dance teachers, charity boards… and far more.

Positive, practical and energising

Our training gives all participants, regardless of their role or level of seniority, a common level of understanding, provides practical tools and tangible take-aways, and ensures a supportive and structured space in which groups can work through difficult topics and think laterally around problems. Our aim is to leave participants feeling energised, informed and with any preconceptions that EDI training is a dry, tick box exercise well and truly banished.
