About the Course

This session for staff is designed to explore a range of topics in relation to boundaries; including the range of boundaries that may be held by students, how to recognise them in others, and why it’s crucial to respect them. The session will also look at how you can collectively make small changes to create a safer, more inclusive learning environment for everyone.

  • The impact of overstepping boundaries
  • How to avoid doing this
  • Power dynamics at play in these interactions
  • Constructive communication when navigating boundaries
  • Space to consider how you might take areas of this learning away and action it moving forwards
