About the Course

The training provides staff with clarity on what constitutes sexual harassment at work, what they should do if they experience or witness it, and what their employer’s legal responsibilities are towards them. We’ll also examine the role all staff can play in contributing to a working environment in which everyone feels safe and respected.

Tonic specialises in working with arts and cultural organisations so you can be confident our Preventing Sexual Harassment training will be tailored to the workplace reality of your staff and artists. We also run complimentary training sessions on this topic for managers.
