About the Course

If you’re considering booking an Insights session, that means you’ve already made space for your students to explore the topics covered in Participate sessions. Perhaps now you are interested in maximising the value of these sessions by pursuing a deeper change which includes the whole school community.

These bespoke sessions will be crafted directly in response to what we have covered with your students in Participate workshops and are designed to foster connectedness and awareness between staff and students. Staff will gain insight into the topics explored by the students in their Participate sessions, helping to create a shared language and understanding across your institution.

They will also provide staff with support in deepening their own knowledge, and exploring how it can be embedded within their own practice. Staff will have the opportunity to come together to reflect on what further positive change they would like to see in the school, and what the preliminary steps are that they could take to get there.
