About the Course

Our Unconscious Bias training is designed for students training at performing arts colleges and conservatoires. The session assumes no pre-existing level of knowledge, and will provide participants with a clear understanding of what unconscious bias is, the impact it can have on how they make choices and interact with one another, and the overall role it can play in their approach towards professional life.

Participants are guided through a structured process of thinking around how unconscious bias can begin to be addressed, providing tools and actionable ‘takeaways’ so they can start making progress immediately in their training.
