Following on from our 2024 research collaboration with the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, , we are thrilled to follow up with further research into young people building careers in arts administration in the North of England.

From October 2024, UK legislation requires employers to proactively take reasonable measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. At Tonic we are pleased to now offer Preventing Sexual Harassment training.

After a successful launch year, we are very excited to be accepting new sign-ups to join our Tonic Changemakers programme.

Tonic is working with Guildhall School of Music and Drama to explore ways in which affordable, flexible and relevant training and professional development opportunities could be provided for performing arts freelancers.

We were delighted to be invited to Vilnius to share insights from our work in the UK.

We have been thrilled to work all across the country, delivering 95 courses to 1,850 students and staff across 14 drama schools.
